Camp ENERGY

Camp ENERGY (Exercise-Nutrition-Emotions-Record-Goals-You!) is a program that helps adolescents learn, practice, and live healthy lifestyles. Camp ENERGY teaches how to make meaningful, lasting behavioral changes to improve health through nutrition and exercise education. At Camp ENERGY, campers form a support structure including health coaches, new friends, and their family. One of biggest impacts that camp makes is in building the self-esteem and confidence through positive role-modeling and support through peer-to-peer interactions and new and unique experiences at camp. Camp is held for one week each August at Camp Victory in Millville, PA. Camp ENERGY is led by volunteer staff and is funded by grants and donations. All campers receive silent scholarships and those in financial need receive additional aid. At camp, we want to know how you feel, and after a week with us, you’ll want to answer, ENERGIZED!
