Crystal Lake Camps Inc

Crystal Lake Camps was established in 1948 as a summer camp for children and youth who attend Christian Science Sunday School. Within a few decades, there were campers and staff from many countries all over the world, as well as from inner cities, suburbs, and rural areas all over the United States. It was one of the first camps in the U.S. to be racially integrated.There is a campership program to help families who need financial help to send their children, and special aid is provided to help campers from other countries with travel expenses. With fewer than 100 campers, there is a family feeling, and many campers and staff return year after year. Over 900 wooded acres with trails and lakes and streams provide a breathtakingly beautiful setting. Crystal Lake Camps also provides mission-supported programming during the year for families and individuals.
