In the past couple of years, Thrive has been meeting the increased needs of community members whose home countries are in crisis like Afghanistan, Haiti, Cuba, and Ukraine.  Thrive has been positioned to help meet these needs, and donations make this possible.  Donations especially enable scholarships for low-income community members to receive professional, competent immigration legal assistance.  Such assistance helps community members get honest information about their options under the law.  Assistance can also make the difference in whether an application is approved or not.  Approved applications enable families to reunite or stay together, remove the crippling fear of deportation, and give stability to valuable members of our community.  Thrive's immigration program serves community members throughout North Central and Northeastern PA as well as the Lehigh Valley and allows people from varied backgrounds to participate more fully and thrive in their local communities.
