Who We Are

Transitions of PA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and other serious crimes. Based in central Pennsylvania, we provide comprehensive services, including crisis intervention, counseling, legal advocacy, housing assistance, civil legal representation, supervised visitation, custody exchange, and community prevention education, to individuals and families in need.

Our mission is to create a safe and supportive environment where survivors can heal, regain their independence, and thrive. Through prevention programs and partnerships, we strive to foster a culture of respect and safety, ensuring a brighter future for our community.
