Our LAPS shelter located at 630 Wildwood Boulevard in Williamsport is full of wonderful, adoptable cats! If you are looking for a new furry feline or two, you've got to come meet our residents. 

Lycoming Animal Protection Society (LAPS) is a no-kill feline shelter and adoption center that provides care and adoption services for many homeless cats and kittens.  The goal of LAPS is to be a haven for unwanted and homeless cats in our community and to educate the community on the importance of spaying and neutering to control population. Our non-profit shelter helps to provide housing, food and medical care for these cats, as well as working toward finding them permanent loving homes through our adoption program. 

As a volunteer-run organization, we rely solely on the generosity of our donors and funds raised through various community events. With the help of donations from supporters like you, we can provide a much-needed service within our community.
