Highlands fundraiser

Highlands has become a tourist destination in Tioga County.  We provide job opportunities for Individuals who face challenges in traditional employment settings and in doing so we create delicious chocolate and other confections.  Donations and funding through Raise the Region will assist us in further our Mission and Vision at Highland Chocolates in the purchase of equipment, supplies and materials.
